Friendly staff, quiet, spacious room, fabulous breakfast options, and close to public transportation. Factor in a steep daily rate for nearby parking if you have a car though.

Great property! Everything was clean and super nice looking! If you care about a top of the line modern room, you might not be too excited with what you get here, but I spent a week and the room was excellent for my basic needs.

The hotel was conveniently located near Union Sq. The premises was clean and well kept due to the age of the building. The staff went out of their way to service all your needs during the stay especially assisting us to arrange for a taxi to the airport upon departure. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in San Francisco during the week.

Great room and service

This was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and spacious lovely room too with keurig coffee maker and fridge which I loaded with snacks and beverages from Trader Joe’s near Market. Had a show at Moscone and the 8,30,45 buses stop right on Stockton and Sutter and leave you off at Mission and 4th. Will definitely look into staying here when in town. Much nicer than the big chains in my opinion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, could walk or uber to some fun places. The Summer Place is a welcoming neighbourhood bar. If ever back in SF I will stay again. We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't any parking but there was a parkade very close by. It was well lit and we didn't have any issues.

I felt fairly safe in the area and it was easy for my ride share drivers to find me. Hotel was overall ver classy and quiet. I enjoyed returning to get some good sleep. I would have liked their restaurant to be open at least for breakfast and dinner but all in all it is a great place to stay.
