I stood in line, a petite blonde woman on my own,outside the night window in this dangerous neighborhood with prostitutes openly soliciting and staying here with guests at the hotel.
The drunk man in front of me was demanding to know if a certain person had checked in, obviously stalking someone in anger. He left after getting told no for two different last names of some poor unfortunate souls.
All this even after I had a prior reservation way in advance, and had already prepaid my stay.
After a full 30 MINUTES, the rude, elderly Asian man checked me in and never apologized.
He never once thanked me for business or even to enjoy my stay. The front desk are beyond unprofessional in their attitude. They are very surly and unpleasant.
They have horrific customer service and are very unpleasant to deal with.
If you don’t already have a reservation, don’t even bother. They are sold out every night by 8:00 to the aforementioned prostitution/human trafficking parade that goes on all night long directly from the parking lot.
And don’t be alarmed if you see someone standing outside your window at 4 AM. The homeless junkies are in and out of the stairways and breezeways all night, while they blow their poisonous smoke in the air.
No bathtub.
I will avoid this place like the plague.
I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the very last hotel in San Francisco.
