There was a construction going on in the hotel at morning and making a lot of noisy. I found this to be unacceptable. If I were told that there will be construction in the hotel, I will never choose this hotel. I felt like betrayed.
I love that everything is self done. No front desk required. I love this hotel and will be coming often to stay!

Communicating with this property is virtually impossible. Yes, you can text them but unfortunately the agents are not well trained and any kind of response is usually very untimely making it very challenging to make plans. For example, I requested early check-in for Noon; received an email at 2:31 saying I could now check-in at Noon. Terrific.
I could go on. Unfortunately the property tries to replace helpful, pleasant human interaction with automation and texts and fails miserably.
