「The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

「Super nette Vermieter. Alles wie versprochen. Haus ist zwar sehr hellhörig, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Im Sommer könnte die stark befahrene Straße bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas stören. Der Kinderstuhl wurde ohne Anfrage Babygerecht vorbereitet, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.」

「Superior luxurious duplex. Two completely separate attached homes on the property with magnificent views, access to local hikes. 10 minutes from a small town (Sulz) with a good supermarket and bakery. Lots of cultural and mountain activities within a 30 - 60 minute ride. Sauna, hot tub and indoor pool are shared between the two homes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. 「Der Aufenthalt war einfach gut, die Wohnung wat super sauber und schön. Die Umgebung war ruhig, leider war die Lage nicht nicht ideal. Wir sind immer für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto gefahren. Ausserdem, hatten wir erwartet dass wir ohne Gebühren den Privatstrand verwenden konnten, leider war das nicht der Fall, und zwar wird €10 p.p. gefragt. Nichtsdestotrotz, habe wir die Zeit in Gaissau genossen.」

「Nach einem herzlichen Empfang haben wir mit unserem Hund zwei erholsame Wochen im Haus verbracht. Es ist liebevoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich gar nichts und die Lage und Blick sind wirklich einzigartig. Vielen lieben Dank.」

「The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided.
