「房间内有异味」

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」

「Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well. 」

「I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. However, I found the food options to be somewhat limited and on the simpler side, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the spa only allowed one towel change per day, which could be improved for a more accommodating experience.」

「Our room was clean and staff very helpful. The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. We did not like the dirty stairs to get to the apartment and the run down building. The lift was only available up to the fifth floor and had to walk one more floor to get to our apartment with our suitcases.」
