al llegar al hotel no estaban las reservaciones ya pagadas y a la fecha no me han reembolsado, expedia no se hace cargo y no me dan solución.

First room assigned was on 3rd floor. Very heavy smell of smoke as soon as I stepped from the elevator (lift).
I was upgraded to 15th floor. Room was okay, but only twin beds available.
Both these items lead me to rate overall stay as average.
