喜歡這酒店的位置,很方便,走約10-15分鐘就到night market,對面有2間超市,有一間lucky mall,向後面河畔走就有一間郵局,方便寄明信片,酒店職員很友善。餐廳早餐雖不算豐富,但也算該有的都有,尤其是湯麵,湯底十分鮮甜。 設施方面也不錯,泳池使用的是鹹水,每天早上都有清潔,頗多人使用,另有暖水池和冷水池,還有桑那房。Spa沒使用,但感覺應該頗高級的服務。 另外,不建議前往門口的小按摩店,正所謂一分錢一分貨,以低價錢吸引顧客服務反應出來,清潔度不足,按摩力度和技巧差,還刻意索取小費。柬埔寨與泰國等的街邊按摩不同,還是去信任得過的酒店,店鋪或連鎖店按摩較安全。

酒店的设施比较老了；但保养的还可以；整个酒店非常干净；服务人员一般业务不是特别熟练，流程也有点老旧；酒店所在位置可以去哪都很方便。相对于价格而言，所有的就都是优点了。

酒店房很整潔，位置很好，距離酒吧街腳程大概5-10分鐘。對面是Lucky Mall，周圍亦有幾間便利店，買東西很方便。有咸水泳池很特別。酒店早餐選擇不多，但即做湯面味道不錯。

The Shower door couldn’t be closed completely. Water got to the floor at the bathroom everywhere. Air conditioning was very noise. The room was not ready at the checking time.

Quiet and fancy resort located in the downtown
We visited Siem Reap this January and had stayed in this resort for four nights. This five-star resort is located in the city center, close to the night market and the pub street. Outside the hotel is the residential area, where you can find good and traditional local food with a low price. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy and large, most of them have a pool view I assume. Still, the breakfast can be improved. Generally, this resort is highly recommended.

Good location close by old market, plenty of food and massage choices, nice pool and gym. Hotel room is old fashioned and needs to be modernised, air condition will be turned off during the evening and can be hot at dawn. Staff useful but the front desk can be more friendly and smiling a bit more

It was a convinient location. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection, but considering there are flies everywhere in Cambodia I would suggest that fruits, breads, salads, syrups could be covered somehow to keep things sanitary.

It's a bit old and the staff are not very professi
The staff who tidied our room didn't put things in the appropriate way sometimes. We used the spa at the hotel and the service was not up to standard. No warm tea, no soft music background and the technician was late so the receptionist did the massage for me OMG her hands were cold and she didn't know how to do it. Even worse, she kept on chatting with the other technician in the room, not professional at all.

離酒吧街有一小段10分鐘路程,但對面有著名的lucky mall和吳哥士多行,可買手信和水果,食品。
酒店頗舊,泳池,健身,餐廳,水療配套。房間整潔,但空調的聲音頗大,影響睡眠。 基層員工門僮，司機態度親切,但前台員工冷淡且混亂,五星級評價不達標。 本人入住時,房間煙味大,要求更換房間,未能即時處理,換好房間後,到前台取門匙時,又因系統問題,未能即時拿取,要外出回來才可取。翌日離開酒店有汽車送往機場,亦因沒有更新換房資料,呆等25分鐘,待本人查詢多次,最後說出曾換了房號才可。

酒店房間安排沒有效率, 到房間休息時, 突然發現陌生男人站在房間露台搭棚架; 房間冷氣調到最低18度, 但都係訓到出汗...訓到一半, 維修工程聲嘈醒, 事前入住時, 服務員並沒有告知, 房間亦沒有放通知信告知工程一事....要求換房, 前後總共與三位員工重覆我的換房要求, 員工之間沒有溝通....無話可說了....
