Arrived very late to check in after a long bus ride. Tuk-tuk driver couldn't drive us up to the property as the hill was too steep, and the surly security guard at the gate told us we needed to carry our bags 400 metres up a ridiculously steep hill.
Room is in dreadful condition for USD 120+ per night - dirty, full of mosquitos, stank of durian (after our getting a lecture on arrival from reception about not smoking or eating durian in the property), dead insects on the floor and in the bed. Wifi didn't work. Better deals in Sihanoukville for a fifth of this price - possibly the worst value for money I've ever had in SE Asia.
