「I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.」

「Wonderful staying in this apartment, staying with two kids in these 7days. Great to have washing machine and kitchen to cook. Front desk workers are very helpful to help check in. Will stay again next time when comes to Singapore. 」

「We had a great family vacation (2 adults and 3 teenagers) staying at Village Residence Robertson Quay for one week. Everything very clean and comfortable and very close to metro (MRT) stations. Kitchenette with pots/appliances and also had washer/dryer. Pool great and breakfast very reliable. Five stars. 」

「Excellent sevices with good environment and facilities. The shopping mall provides lots of variety of choices for dining out. Or we can buy goods at the super market and cook at "home".」

「Great location and convenience accommodation. You can find everything just around the corner, i.e. 7-11, supermarket, restaurant etc. convenient to most of tourist spots. Better to download Grab for a taxi.」

「交通便利，四通八達，飯店就在mall旁邊，兩條捷運線的入口很近，旁邊還有大型超市，逛街購物吃飯都走路可到。櫃檯人員很親切。下次還想帶家人來住。」

「总体酒店的体验很好，设施员工都属于中上级别，问题出自住客，这里很多中国国内来的旅客，可能习惯不一样吧，他们很喜欢一个大家庭来住两三个客房，晚上从走廊的一端大声跟另一端的朋友沟通，而且会带榴莲去客房吃，味道全层都会闻到，投诉了几次还是老样子，酒店也拿他们没办法，而且小孩子特别嘈，别人家的孩子都安安静静的，就我国的孩子特别闹，大半夜的跑来跑去在走廊等公共空间闹，如果喜欢安静的朋友们还是要考虑一下，尽量不要在国内长假期间入住此酒店。」
