Good experience.
Although due to the lack of staff so I waited for a bit to check in. The service is still good. Hotel is old but well maintained. Very quite room so I had some good sleep there. Excellent location for Orchard road shopping. Comfortable bed and linen as well.

入住時,check in 位同事沒有笑容,講話太快,聽不到她講什麼,我叫她再講多一次,她就黑面囉,介紹洒店有24小時茶和咖啡飲,都好敷衍我,令我有一點冷漠,我不高興這個旅程星加坡, 我之前玩完馬來西亞三天,在星加坡玩2⃣️天,然後就回香港。

St. Regis一直都保持自己的水準,房間很大,很舒適,適合家庭出行,值得讚的就是員工和服務,對小孩很是細心。唯一美中不足的是就是房間的設施雖然齊全並且保持得很完美,但是有一些系統比較過時了,顯得稍微陳舊一些。

帶著兩個孩子入住,非常棒的體驗,有24小時管家,一通電話就把熱飲送到房間,也可以提供旅遊建議。離烏節路MRT步行約8分鐘,沿途都是商場,逛街、吃飯都方便。泳池深度120公分,身高不夠的孩子記得準備泳圈,水溫偏冷,建議出太陽的大晴天去玩。 1U的宴庭中餐館非常美味,雖然單價偏高,但很值得品嚐,「蟲草花雞湯」是限量湯品,記得先預訂才喝得到!

Excellent hotel!
The hotel is located near Orchard Road, I need to walk 7-10 min to MRT station. But it is not a big problem since I can go to anywhere by taxi or call Grab. So convenient! The service is really good from the first day check in to the last day check out. First, the room is very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is extra TV installed in front of the bath tub. It is so amazing. Also, the curtain is operated electricity. For the first night, the staff tidy up my room while I go out for the dinner. It is really good. Besides, the staff added extra coffee, tea and chocolate for me when they know my kids love chocolate. St Regis is absolutely high ranked 5 stars hotel.

一切都好,唯獨早餐空間動線不佳
早餐座位少,且空間較擁擠,遇到人多時段很不方便,用餐品質會受影響。 第一天早餐居然還要跟其他人併桌,住五星級飯店以來的第一次!我們有詢問:是否可以改用room service方式送一份早餐到房間用餐就好。結果,居然也說不行,一定要讓我們併桌坐⋯⋯這方面實在應該加強!

房間非常水火兒子在入住前一天生日,酒店獲知後於另一天免費送上蛋糕和生果,非常細心。另外,酒店可免費送上咖啡、茶或熱朱古力,細心到連曲奇也奉上。 惟房間沒有預備梳和剃鬚刀,也沒有小朋友的牙刷和拖鞋。

1)第一次入住以為五星級會好好,原來比想像中差,酒店比較殘舊,廁所玻璃門破舊,沖完涼水流出到大門,廁所又塞,通知維修人員處理,要打兩至三次才派維修人員到房間,只可以通渠但玻璃門冇改善,要求換房間,不了了之。 2)酒店早餐,款式很少,味道不佳,人手不夠,服務人員態度不理想,他們沒有耐性。 3)廁所毛巾殘舊破爛,房間配套時常執漏。 4)Wi-Fi經常接收不穩定。

Excellent hotel in Singapore
We stayed there for 4 nights, all the rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is good and tasty, we like the swimming pool very much, it keeps privacy, and it's tranquility. Highly recommanded !

Beautiful open view
Nice hotel with excellent service. I was upgraded to higher floor due to my SPG membership. Room was big and bed was very firm and comfortable. I like the washroom with 2 sinks so that my family can brush teeth at the same time!

一分錢一分貨的五星級飯店!!
很喜歡浴室是乾濕分離並有很大的空間,十分乾淨,即使光腳走在房間也非常放心! 價錢雖然高但是覺得非常值得,很願意花這樣的價錢再次入住,離MRT站有些遠但是在orchard路上走走逛逛也是不錯! 這次很可惜沒有機會使用泳池,但是看起來非常棒! 大家一定要去使用SPA,it's within the room price and not a lot of people would use it in the morning. So basically you can have the whole SPA room! fantastic!
