「It was surprise us once we arrived. It is big, nice and super near the bled lake. The staff are super nice and friendly.」

「We arrived late around 10pm. Hotel staff was not friendly when we checked in. Except for that, overall is still good.」

「臨湖第一排風景絕佳，不過高樓層才不會被樹擋到部分風景，飯店設備不是煥然一新，有些走廊尚在修復中，早餐雖不是很精緻但種類份量都很充足，布立德湖的美景是最大的賣點。」

「Great location for exploring the city - everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Hotel has a lovely modern and friendly boutique feel. Staff all very accommodating. Great breakfast included with lots of options and large portions. Only thing visitors may want to consider is our bathroom had a transparent glass wall and door which may not be suitable for all people sharing a room! Not sure if all rooms have this feature. 」

「早餐超好」

「Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass wir gar nicht gebucht waren, obwohl wir über expedia eine verbindliche Buchung hatten (aus zu erwarteten Kapazitätsgründen - Ausenik Festival - schon ein Jahr zuvor). Weiters hatten wir die schriftliche Zusage gegen entsprechendes Entgelt ein Upgrade auf eine Suite zu bekommen. Die erste Nacht mussten wir wo anders wohnen. Dann hat sich das Klima beruhigt. Suite war nicht möglich aber wir bekamen statt Standard ein Superior Zimmer ohne Aufpreis....
