After the payment. they told me that they don't have sifficient beds and they recommended to cancel the reservation. We had to find a hotel near by for the lodging. The staff didn't really care to help. They said they cancel the charge but they wouldn't provide a receipt.

讚好:整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
샤워장 물이 잘 안빠져서 거실로 물이 넘쳐 당황했습니다. 프론트에 체크아웃할때 이야기 했고 차후에 시설정비 한다는 답변 받았습니다.
그외 호텔청소상태 훌륭했고 리조트 편의시설 잘되어있어 재방문 의사 있습니다.
