「The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing. One issue is with the rooftop restaurant, they play load music that comes through the ceiling of the hotel rooms. I was on the 5th floor. No pool was a bummer. And of course no parking is quite unusual. The food at the restaurants were amazing and Tracy was such a pleasure to talk to while dining. And the views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. Perfect location for the convention center, easy walk. 」

「The property was beautiful! Our room was great and spacious and had everything we needed. We used the spa, the spa pool and the restaurant and loved all three! The only critique was the music at the main pool was soooo loud. It was audible from our room, which was one of the further away rooms, and made going around the area unenjoyable for me. 」

「We like the location of the hotel; it’s nearby quite a few amenities. We found the pool and fitness room, but our trip schedule didn’t allow us to a chance to enjoy them. We were saddened with the fact that there was no jacuzzi by the pool. We were also disappointed to see no hand soap in the room, and after a call to the front desk, their shipment of hand soap didn’t arrive on time either. We had to make our own accommodation for that. We were there on a night when the bar was closed so I am not sure how noisy that can get. With the heat, could be nice if there was a pool instead of a bar but I am sure the bar is fun too!」

「I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. The location is so perfect too, easy 5ish...
