Big rooms, cozy. mini fridge in the room ran too cold and froze all our drinks and food over. found it odd that the windows on the second floor opened all the way with no screen. someone could easily jump or fall out of the second story

The hotel was nice, but did not offer daily housekeeping, and even though that could be overlooked, on the last day it did NOT have hot water for the shower.

Had an issue with night clerk on 4/20/2024. One of my staff got locked out of room about 11:30pm. Went to front desk to talk to night clerk and he was no where to be found. There were other people up there trying to reach him as well. He had shone signs of being intoxicated about 11pm when we witnessed him last. Tried repeatedly to call with no answer. Banging on door and window to office with no response. Contacted another Baymont in the area and the owner showed up from other location. He happened to know owner of the one we were staying at. Upon entering the coded door and opening the office door the night clerk was passed out in the floor. By 1:30am my staff finally got new key to room, guest that were waiting left for new hotel. Was not happy.

Waited 10-15 minutes at checkin for someone to arrive at the desk. Upon arriving in our room there were candy wrappers left behind the toilet and the room lacked a good cleaning. During our stay we never saw anyone behind the desk or in breakfast area. Saying they offer breakfast is overrated as choices are very limited. Experienced a terribly disruptive evening as several groups arrived after 11pm to checkin, however, no one was at the desk. These folks began calling the office as instructed, but no one responded. After that proved unsuccessful they began knocking on doors waking others in their rooms. This went for at least several hours all because no one was working the desk. Management lacks customer service expected by a well-known franchise, as well as, creating potential security issues for customers as there is no supervision of those entering the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but this property has become dirty & disgusting. We had to beg for enough towels for the number of people in the room & we’re told several times the towels were “in the dryer”. The 2nd night, we asked for more towels….gave 4 (for a reservation with 5) & were given back 3 & told they’d bring some later. Took a remote down for batteries later & asked for towels a 3rd time - got 1 battery replaced in the remote (still didn’t work) & 2 waded up towels (they were at least warm). Lounge chairs in the pool were destroyed & falling in. There were chips on the floor in the lobby. The pull out couch was a sunken mess & we couldn’t even use the pull out bed due to springs popping out. The couch had something that looked like hot chocolate powder all over it. There were stains on the sheets & several towels. Absolutely ridiculous & I will avoid this hotel in the future.
