「Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.」

「We loved our stay at this resort. We found the staff very helpful and kind. I felt that they were prompt and the food options were amazing. Everything on the resort was convenient and easy to use. The valet was a wonderful option and very helpful. The only downfall was crowding and traffic during weddings and/or prom events on the weekend. I found that the resort was clean, however, some visitors would leave trash on the beach. 」
