「The casino had closed off the 2nd floor enterance by the smoking and bus pickup area so guest had no access to the restrooms nor coffee at the hotel enterance. Very inconvenient for hotel guest use ! As a senior this was awful. Reason enough for me not to stay again. Added so much more walking with a cane it made the trip overnight less appealing. Desk staff were nice and helpful. Could not use the hot tubs at adult pool hours as at 9:30 pm family’s had total use no open spot in outside hot tub...

「We love going to the Monarch Casino for a quick night of fun. The rooms are so nice and quiet, we don’t have to leave to have good dining options. The Chop House is amazing and the buffet is pretty good for a buffet. The heated pool and hot tub are perfect to give you a break from gambling and usually not busy. We play the $15 black jack tables and have a great time every time. We definitely are looking forward to going back.」

「We enjoyed our stay and my complaint would be that they need to replace the hvac system in the hotel. The windows were covered but we were understanding about the hotel remodel. We had a power outage but was back on quickly.」

「我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。」

「We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.」

「The staff all around were awesome and accommodating…. At this time of year it was the Mud Season for the Breckenridge Resort Complex and was in partial dormancy…. Still beautiful scenes and snow fun. I have mobility challenges and am a user of an electric wheelchair…. I would love to see more proper wheelchair access and more buttons to open doors as needed. Please research and decide on options to make the facilities and staff more compliant and understanding… Thank you greatly. Jeffrey...
