「We visited to attend a wedding. Although we were advised the room may not be ready for us before the ceremony, the hotel stated they would do their best to allow us entry. On arrival we were told fairly gruffly it wasn’t ready and would get in after the ceremony. We could use the public toilets if needed. The woman on main reception was not particularly friendly!
