But was sign posted from further round, free car park too, room was so nice and clean and room service were fast in bring us 2 extra pillows. Could do with a better shower door as water got onto floor. But I'll defo stay again」

「酒店位置方便，附近餐廳亦多。 訂了2間房並住3天，其中一間房有異味，酒店同意更換，但發現洗手間滴水，之後再更換，晚上回酒店後發現電子鎖匙卡失效，到櫃枱詢問下職員告訴我們要付多一間房間費用，我們表示已付了三晚房間應該不會欠款，再問之下他們沒有更新電腦資料，因此他們誤會更換新房間要額外支付費用， 最後解釋之後，酒店同意不需再付款，雖然搞了很久但職員非常有禮貌，好可惜退房時候又係問呢個問題，發多一段時間解釋後才同意不需再付款。 」

「I stayed overnight at CrossBasket Castle with my boyfriend as he received a generous voucher for the Michel Roux Jr tasting menu. The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had. Look forward to retuning one day.」
