「Our family of 4 staying for 3 nights in the middle of our driving trip from Sydney to Brisbane. Great location, with steps away from beach. However, we forgot an iPAD during our stay as we suddenly found this out while we are on plane back home. We then called to hotel and up to now 3 days after coming back we still didn't heard back from them. This is a first time I had such a scenario as I am a frequent flyer internationally and having tens of trips per year. 」

「We arrive the apartment late, and Manager Peter arrange the keys to us very well, thanks for the support. The view is exactly the photos you watched in the website, no Photoshop, and the location is near the Glink, Surfer Paradise and city centre. Apartment inside is clean and tidy, the balcony is the best place to enjoy the breakfast. Unfortunately the room besides are under refurbishment, but they still keep quiet and clean, well done.」

「住宿環境棒，我們是8人同遊，住的是55樓的4房公寓，前後看景，有海景有街景很棒，但是可能太多人訂了所以有些門把有鬆動，但是當我下樓通知櫃檯時5分鐘後馬上有人上來維修，服務很好，還有，微波爐沒有中文說明，不懂得如何使用」

「The rooms offered a very nice seaview. The flat was well furnished. I felt like at home. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tram stations, etc. The carpet, the sofa and the balcony area were not cleaned well. It casted a bit pressure to me because it's the resident's responsibility to check the wellness of everything in the room and to take photos and report any damage found within the first 16 hrs. However there was no repair to be arranged after I reported.」
