「We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave.」

「Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. 「Our stay was perfect. It’s a lovely home in a really nice neighborhood. Simpatico had everything you could think of and so much more! The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. Bravo to the owners for thinking of so much detail, making their place one of the best places we have ever stayed! I highly recommend it!」

「My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.」

「Totally awesome! Giving this property and the hosts five stars simply is not enough. The tree house is immaculate and gorgeous. The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future.」

「These cabins are perfect for a long weekend stay. They are very clean and comfortable! Everything you would need is there. The owner lives across the street and came over to great us while he was mowing the lawn. He gave us a tour of the property! You will have access to the lake and a large pavilion if you can walk down the many stairs to the lake. The fire pit is huge with lots of chairs. There was lots of wood, paper and matches to get it going.」
