「家族7人で泊まりましたが、十分な広さでゆっくり寛げました。お部屋も綺麗で清潔感もあり、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。食事も飛騨牛など美味しくいただきました。お部屋の露天風呂も良かったです。またリピートしたいと思います。」

「之前住高山櫻庵,感覺唔錯,唸住深山會係高一級,點知係同lv, 房普通,景普通,食普通,又冇獨立房,服務都只係普通,同價位由布院已經有高級溫泉旅館 Everything is average, room size and facilities are average, food is average, service is average, if you want try high end onsen hotel , you may consider others. The location is great and close to 上高山」

「The housekeepers are nice and can communicate with English. While the facilities are getting old, they are still functional and tidy. The room is bigger than the normal one for two people. A note is that Hirayu Onsen is a small onsen town, that does not have a big soueveir street, making us to stay at the ryokan whole night to enjoy the onsen.」

「Room is very spacious, nicely decorated and staff very helpful. Dinner was beautifully presented, however given the room rate (72,000 yen) I expect the food to be more superb. And the onsen is located in a patio with no view, although I knew it well during booking, the outdoor area is smaller then expected and couldn't even see the sky. Again, it would be a wonderful experience at a lower value.」

「今次是我第二次住這間酒店，食物和服務質素絕對是五星級，地點就在高山陣屋附近，其中一個朝市就在這裏，窗台向着Miyagawa River，雪景非常漂亮，步行幾分鐘便到古街。在高山陣屋附近有一間叫Dining Bull的西式餐廳，非常美味，有時間可以去試一試。今次入住期間，酒店安排了每個晚上都有Live Band，酒店老闆非常有眼光，歌手Keen & Mary不單止唱功好，而且非常親切，做了幾晚他們的觀眾，已經成為好朋友，祝他們夢想成真。」

「本身對房間都幾滿意 但睇房間Catalog介紹先發現房間嘅風呂只係熱水而唔係溫泉水 呢方面有啲失望 始終唔係特別平 但共用嘅女性專用風呂就別有一番風味 環境好舒適 整體員工都親切友善 」

「The ryokan was just sit aside the river. It was aged but was kept very good. A real traditional ryokan. The outdoor onsens were excellent. I enjoyed the onsens with the nature very much. The staff could be communicated with basic English while I couldn't speak Japanese. The Japanese style dinners were delicious and delighted. I had tasted the top quality Hida beef, as well the yummy local Hoba miso and pickles. The dinners were one of the bests I had during my 7 days tour in...
