"Very convenient traffic wise and everything is close by. However, one thing needs to be improved was that our tissue paper was empty and was not replaced during our stay. "

"The room is on the third floor, no view at all. The mattress is too soft for me. The location is excellent, it’s close to CBD. Generally the room is clean and the service is good. We are able to park on the street nearby."

"Comfortable room, decent room size. Only issue was the overflow of water from the shower, making the bathroom messy. There was times that the housekeeping forgot to take out trash or replenish box tissue, but these are minor issues"

"The cottage is perfectly located in from of the lake, from the room balcony, I can easily see the wild animals around. Room is perfectly furnished and clean. I wish I could have a chance to try the fine dining but it was fully occupied by Group tour. I would suggest the hotel reserve certain tables for other hotel guests. The only thing that I feel disappointed is about the check in experience at reception. It took more than 20 minutes to identify my booking while I am the only client to serve. Professional training to staff should be enhanced."
