Well, when we arrived, I asked for a room close to the elevator seeing how I was having trouble with my legs and walking at this time they looked and said they could not find anything close. Come to find out my room was the farthest from the elevator, I called down to the front desk and talked to the manager. They said that they had already booked for that day, I offered to switch my bed preference to a double I wouldn’t mind she said no there was nothing she could do. I don’t see that when I made my reservations, but we have prior, also the service at the pool was very poor seem like the bartender and the waitresses were just sitting there at the spot of the bar instead of having the waitresses constantly walking around to see if customers needed anything , also I think the hotel should have valet parking. They have plenty of room to park. It’s kind of an inconvenience to your car you leave on your day.
