「Everything was as stated. Movie selection was good since the Wi-Fi was not great. The only glitch was the grill. It wouldn’t start and we couldn’t find a lighter and had to hunt one down. Other than that great time!」

「The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!」

「Had a great time touring Nashville and Hendersonville. The dock is friendly and has an abundance of wildlife. We caught several fish right off the back of the boat. We really liked Tailgaters Brewery. Try the very berry marshmallow. You wont be disappointed! Overall outstanding time.」

「Stayed as a group of three to relax on the river and explore Knoxville for memorial day weekend. The boat had plenty of room for us and could have even accomodated 1 or 2 more. All of the essentials were on board and instructions for bathrooms and appliances were clear. The A/C units worked surprisingly well and cooled the rooms quickly. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money.
