「I cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay in the cabin we had selected. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction with the electronic key system on arrival (and no clear back-up in an accessible location). We were given access to another (much smaller) cabin for 24 hours until the property management team were able to send out a representative to fix the issue. We subsequently lost the first 24 hours of our vacation, unable to unpack or settle in the temporary accommodation. We...
