Just bad experience - and I regret every minute in our trip as we booked it for 6 consecutive nights.
The room was so small that we couldn’t open our luggage’s. And there isn’t an option for aircon- just HEATER regardless the tempurature (it was a sunny day and 20’C outside). When we approached the front desk about it. all we received was a fan with humidifying function which drips water every 5 mins (of cos) and the pillows were incrediblely thin- literally like 5cm. We had to go to the front desk and change pillows, that makes me wonder if there are 500 pillows in the cloak room as there are 2xx guest rooms in this tiny building.
If I haven’t had done the prepayment, I wouldn’t have stayed, it cost me USD 140 per night. Didn’t worth any of it.
The housekeeping was the worst part, while they “recommended” u to be eco-friendly - changing your bed linens every 4 days. They gave you 1 bottle of water (in a plastic bottle) in return and there were 2 of us staying at the hotel. And if we need them to change the linens, there isn’t a signage to put outside the room. u need to INFORM front desk by a certain time so they could put it in the system on that day.
Interesting thing too, when they did actually change the linens for you, they do not “slightly” tidy up the rooms at all, while we left our pjs on the bed it was ended up near the edge of the bed, non-fold. This just blow my mind, we will never stay at this hotel chain. And I strongly recommend you not to.
