Location plus friendly staff
Check in and check out can be done by the kiosk, efficient and handy. Staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel location is superb, overall experience - enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The toilet at the ground floor is not clean. Conciege counter queue is not clear and no one help on queuing. I had been waited behind a customer of the only serving counter. While two more staffs came out and started serving, I were not the 1st one to be assisted but the staffs assisted the other customers who had just came. I came first but been assisted the last. Dissafactory experience.

Very good experience with Sunroute Shinjuku Hotel
Quiet zone in southern Shinjuku. Easy access to many JR lines and subway lines. Spacious room. Coined laundry machines availability can be seen on TV. Breakfast is not attractive though.
