The photos on Hotels.com of Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi were absolutely misleading and the environment was probably the worst experience I had.
For a short feedback, the hotel quality should worth half of it's price.
I've stayed in another hotel in Shinjuku for half price of Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi and the quality/services was even better
Points to note:
1. Dirty bathroom - the Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottle was dirty, with some gels leftover on the bottle cap
2. The stated roomsize is misleading, big aisle that could not be used
3. There were almost nowhere I could put my personal items like toothbrush, shaver, lotions (they don't provide any lotions which is basic). I ended up have to scatter all my personal items in the room(there was only a small broken table provided)
4. The pajamas provided were broken and old (yellowish color with broken collar, don't even want to touch)
5. The mattress is very soft, its a personal preference but I don't think a mattress that make you sink is a good one
6. Old furniture that was 100% different from the sample pictures
7. On my 1st day of arrival, I have asked Hotels.com if I could cancel my subsequent 2nights, but Hotels.com claimed that they could not reach the staffs said to reply within 3days, which was not helpful and I finally received a useless reply from Hotels.com after 72hours that I should speak to the hotel directly.
The average price was USD300 per night, which is your call if it's worth it
