「Came as a solo traveller to snowboard for a week. This hotel was perfect for me, beds were a little small but thats common everywhere in japan. Its not the Ritz but is perfect for a place to pass out each night and location is central in echoland. 」

「食事の時も犬と一緒にいられて、車や部屋に閉じ込めておかなくて良いのがありがたかったです。立地も、白馬五竜スキー場までスキーやボードを持って歩いて行ける距離で便利でした。ごはんも朝晩お願いしましたが、信州牛のステーキや野沢菜、ワインがとても美味しかったです。朝もしっかり食べさせていただきました。建物は古いと思いますが、お掃除をきちんとされていて清潔感があり、とても良かったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。」

「白馬五竜でのスキーでお世話になりました。2名で利用しましたが、部屋が広くて建物もメンテナンスされているようで、快適に過ごす事ができました。朝食は食べきれない程の量で、お料理自体もとても美味しいものでついつい食べ過ぎて、自業自得ですが朝食後の運動がしんどかったです。。。２泊目が寒かったせいか、床暖房の温度が暖か過ぎて夜中に暑くて起きてしまいましたが、それ以外は大満足です。オーナーさんも気さくな方で、話しやすくて滞在中はとても安心でした。忙しい中バス停までの送迎もして頂き、とても助かりました。五竜へ行く際は、またお世話になりたいと思います。」

「The room itself is lovely nice an roomy beds are comfortable and you're able to cook if needed, the huge plus with this room is the owner Ryoji he bent over backwards to help us, honestly couldn't be happier and would recommend this to anyone. unfortunately we got sick at our stay here Ryoji took us to the chemist two times an made sure we got the correct medication. 」

「we are a group of 10 peoploe staying in PENSION ARUMU, we booked 2 family house and one twin room. the twin room is in the main building and the family house is behind the main building around 2 mins walk.We parked the 2 cars just in front of the family house. the family house is a 2 story cabin, it is very new and clean.1 bedroom on the upstairs and can put 2 more futon inside the room and 2 more futon outside the bedroom. and 1 toilet on the upstairs. downstairs have a separate toilet and...

「店員小江人真的超nice，來巴士站接駁，又幫忙租裝備，第二天因白天下雨沒滑到雪，還幫忙跟租店延長時間讓我們夜滑，真的超級感動的，一定會再住。重點是語言溝通沒問題！」

「Just past Tokyu hotel where many shuttles come through the place was very convenient and fun to stay in. The owner was very helpful and fun. Food was really good and I mostly used the place as a jumping off point for roaming around Hakuba and skiing so it was perfect for me.」

「Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...

「Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. 」
