「We always stay at a Hampton any time we travel. We love it」

「The service staff are friendly and the accommodation is clean! The only downside is that the toilet mat in my room moved, and my child almost fell over!」

「I expected a little more from a Radisson property. In the room, there were several appliances and lights that didn't work, and we figured out they had all been unplugged (including microwave). The a/c unit was very loud, thankfully was not too annoying and actually blocked out some of the hallway noise. No cookies where ever there in the lobby, just stained parchment paper. I am not a fan of the small square bed pillows, but seems all properties have gone to those. 」

「I didn’t like how the room had burn holes in the sheet, burn marks from cigarettes on the sink, smoke stains in the shower curtain, and cracked mirror above the jacuzzi. Not to mention the tv didn’t even work. On a positive side the bed itself was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was incredible. There seemed to have been a remodel done at one point, but the overall appearance of the room was lack luster when my husband and I arrived for our stay. Staff was great and friendly. 」

「Our stay was great. Beautiful facility with everything we needed. It was a quiet, peaceful escape from reality. One night we had rain. The sound of the rain on the tin roof was a beautiful sound. The Norris family are great people.」
