比對於上一次六個月前住宿,退步非常多,首先訂行政房,行政酒廊冰淇淋不見了,多樣啤酒剩一樣,傍晚的酒水提供品項也少了。 早餐服務人員連續兩天未詢問咖啡或飲品需求,跟他們說要冰拿鐵咖啡跟熱茶,送來熱黑咖啡,教育訓練有待加強。 整體服務還不錯,硬體設備也都水準以上

很舒適的酒店
酒店的職員很有禮貌,當我要求想要望海景的房間,職員也可以安排得到,房間很乾淨整潔,床褥和被鋪也很舒適,電視機比較難調教,後來找來技術員到房間幫忙,很快便調教好,廁所很有趣,開門後座廁的蓋會自動揭起,好像歡迎客人的到來,廁板是暖暖的,冬天便很好;不太滿意的是廁所、沐浴間和洗手盆是分開的,乳液和潔手液放在洗手盆兩旁,當我洗澡完畢想查乳液,便要走出沐浴間才取得到,如果房間有人就不太方便了,乳液最好放在沐浴間,沐浴間有石櫈的設計,對長者來說是非常貼心的。

入口難搵,房細、插頭設計難理解明明是三腳,早餐少野食座位偏近
酒店位於Outlet層很方便,但酒店入口較隱蔽難搵,每之出去都要先轉lift,升降機設計和拍咭指示都很有問題,因多次拍咭後再按樓層數字都無反應。房間真的偏細,智能馬桶蓋自動開關不停,風桶插頭明明是三腳,但牆身的插頭是兩腳難理解,包早餐,但食物選擇偏少,與隔離座位之間很太近,唯一的好就是隔音很好👍因房門真的要很用力才能開門。總括就是房價太貴不值,不推薦
