「The location is really good, which is 18 min from Firenze S.M.N Station by walk and close to most tourist attractions. You can go everywhere just by walk. It's also surrounded by many good cafes, bars, restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anyway, it's really nice stay in Florence!」

「Very handy hotel within easy (3min) walking distance of Pisa airport. Rooms are basic but very clean and great for an overnight stay if you have an early flight to catch. We arrived the day before our flight so we're able to leave our bags and spend the day in Pisa (10 mins. from the hotel using the Pisa Mover train at the airport (buy a return ticket - it's slightly cheaper). 」

「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」

「check-in時間16:00開始，有點不方便，當時沒有留意到，13:00到了，以為就算未能check-in也可以先放行李，但13:00-16:00民宿主人都不會在，幸好剛好碰到正要外出的民宿主人可以先check-in,不然拿著行李會很不方便。 房間感覺打掃不夠乾淨，角落位置還是有點髒。房間有2-3隻蒼蠅，這讓我們有點困擾。 離主要景點較遠，走路要走30分鐘，走了一次覺得太遠了，之後都是坐巴士。 若住這邊火車站要選campo di marte, 不然要自己坐巴士到SMN火車站。從campo di marte火車站回住宿要先扛行李上天橋，再下樓梯，會有點辛苦。 但民宿主人還算親切，而且裝潢有藝術感。」

「距離火車站15分鐘腳程，百花聖母教堂20分鐘腳程，途中有超市。店主很貼心，過了早餐時段也給我們享用，會推薦這間。」

「Nice location, near the restaurant street of Pisa tower. No front desk or service desk, so everything need to be self service. The facility of hotel and room is quite old. However, free coffee and tea is offered.」

「It take around 15-minute walk from Florence train station which is not far for me, but if having the heavy luggage with you, I recommend you to take the bus in front of the train station which only takes within 5 minutes to get to hotel and bus stop right in front of the entrance of hotel. The room I stayed is quite specious, clean and good price, but it is a little bit noisy at night due to near the bus station (my room was faced the street side). By the way, the hotel staff are very helpful...

「Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!」
