「Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! 」

「The long seating countertop was unique in the beginning but as our stay was 6 nights, the inconvenience began to set in after the 1st day. Also the room on the ground floor would be better served if changed into a living room with sofa, TV and dinning table. 」

「Overall the property was great. Check in process was good and they gave step by step directions to the house. Location was good and I enjoyed getting to stay in a real Japanese home. If there were any negatives, I would have liked a television to watch on the cold rainy day we had, maybe get to watch Japanese television. Other than that, I had no complaints. 」

「Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments. Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better. Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable.」

「７０代の女性７人で泊まりました。二階には大きい炬燵があり７人で入っても楽々でした。みんなでコンビニで買ってきた夜用のおやつや果物・飲み物を前におしゃべりが止まりませんでした。一軒家なので自分たちだけの空間でとてもリラックスできました。回りの人を気にせず過ごせて皆さんから大好評でした。お部屋もいくつかあり自由に寝ることができました。大満足でした。」

「Very good for small family, with comfortable beds and pillows, and all necessary conveniences. Very nice location near shops, across road from park and near Ueono markeys and train station. A very good experience for our first time in Tokyo」

「Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.」
