「It is a moderate college/university housing facility with a lovely garden where one can recall his/her college moments. The facility is close to Holyrood park, but a bit far from city centre, which means it’s not convenient to dine or shop around. The reception and room cleanliness is ok, yet the breakfast is a plus to the whole staying experience. If you are looking for fair, reasonably-priced stays, you can choose it.」

「英國住宿真的很貴，特別是週末的巴斯，找不到便宜的住宿，最便宜的只能是青旅了。第一次入住青旅，選了最貴的私人房，因為比較怕跟別人公用浴室，需要私密性。巴斯這家青旅地理位置挺好的，我們從火車站拖箱子去也只要10來分鐘（不過挺累的，還是建議打車）。員工非常nice，也很健談，可以寄存行李。房間有包含早餐，餐食是自助的，品種很少但能填飽肚子。房間面積不大，但有個大衣櫃（雖然我們用不上），有個小桌子可以擺放點東西，浴室非常大，但奇怪的是淋浴間搞得很小。房間清潔度也是可以的，隔音一般，但通常情況下都比較安靜。整體來說還是可以推薦的，如果大家想要體驗青旅，這家還是不錯的。」

「hotels.com跟飯店內部溝通有問題 我在平台上付了款項後 抵達飯店時 飯店方說沒收到這筆款項 要求再付一次款項 導致我付了兩筆的住宿費 已經給他們一個月處理時間 依然拿不回重複扣款的款項～～ 而客服要我自行跟飯店方做聯絡 hotels.com 收了那麼多的服務費 卻要客人自己聯絡飯店方 這真的不知道該說什麼 總之這一次的住宿體驗是很差的 如果以後需要預定任何的住宿 我不會再透過hotel.com來預訂了」

「Unexpected cleanliness, I cleaned the area with wipes, only few stains on it, the common area always keeps clean, it's really great. Recommended to budget travellers. Small deduction because I couldn't find the shower gels and no recycle bins. Small little thing only.」

「We are family with 4 and the room is very very small. the shower facility was not too good and damaged. No free luggage storage and you have to pay and store it in locker. Breakfast costed 9 pounds per one, child half. It is suitable for backpacker but not for family」
