「It was...fine? No stand-out problems; the room was just pretty musty when we got in, and there looked to be quite a bit of mold on the ceiling, and the shower didn't drain well. But for the price, it was pretty good. 」

「Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders).」

O atendimento foi excelente, com o pessoal da recepção ajudando com um chip de telefone que tivemos que comprar porque o virtual não funcionou. O único problema foi o ar condicionado, que fazia muito barulho. Mas trocaram nosso quarto e deu tudo certo.」
