「Location is very good, very easy to find when you go out from Avignon train station; the outlook of the hotel is unique and attracting, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience here. Strongly recommend to stay few nights here!」

「A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.」

「if you care about the car parking, you don;t have to stay here as there is a free parking lot outside the "wall" where you can reach within 20 mins.」

「鄰近中央火車站和巴士總站，出入鄰近地區，和遠郊地區旅遊景點，非常方便。酒店房間無熱水煲，冲茶飲不方便。另外，浴室空間大，有浴缸，但無玻璃屏幕，花洒冲凉會使到大面浴室地面濕滑，產生危險。」

「Séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce lieu que nous apprécions depuis de longues années. De retour pour la première fois après les travaux, nous sommes bouche bée de ce qui a été réalisé. L’esprit est la. Les chambres sont décorées avec subtilité et goût. Mais surtout le service est exceptionnel. Notre bébé et ma femme enceinte ont été accompagnés avec beaucoup de sollicitude et de naturel 」

「Nous avons passé magnifique week-end au domaine des Carmes. Mina est une hôtesse formidable, serviable et soucieuse du bon deroulement du sejour de ses hotes. Le domaine est tres beau, propre et bien entretenu. L'espace SPA est un gros plus. C'est un endroit où je reviendrai pour sur, acec beaucoup de plaisir. Un grand merci à vous pour ce moment.」

「This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property.」

「飯店很簡陋而且不清潔，我們一家四人住宿毛巾只給2條，去櫃檯要 態度不好 說放在櫃子裡！我們上樓翻遍了也沒有。 飯店走廊還因為省電 沒人走動會整條黑掉，所以一開門黑淒淒 孩子去隔壁找外公外婆都覺得很可怕。 我不會推薦人來住這間飯店。」
