Extremely Poor!!!
酒店服務不足，寄存行李須付每件1歐元。前台人員服務態度惡劣，付錢前後態度不一，不接受任何查詢。升降機極度狹窄，只能容立2-3人。房間細小，尤其第三層房間，屬酒店屋簷呈梯形，樓頂及洗手間均被削去一半，壓迫力極大，不能安睡。浴室狹窄，洗澡時不能轉身，廁所亦受洗手盤壓迫，未能安坐，抽氣系統差，致空氣不流通。房間細小，尤其4人間，只於三人房間強行多放一張櫃床，不符合酒店資料所寫，燈光太暗，只得1盞壁燈及3盞床頭燈，於床尾只能摸黑收拾行李。房間內空氣不流通，冬天只有高溫暖氣及2扇天窗，不開窗便太熱不能入睡，但窗戶一旦開出，整晚只能與蚊蟲追逐。日用品亦缺少，只提供有限沐浴液及浴帽，其他一律欠奉。房間內只有開放式衣櫃，微型電視機及1套桌椅，可想其空間極度不足及狹窄。酒店處於非市區，背對mestre車站，附近沒有任何便利店，超市及餐廳，極度不方便，用餐只能去車站的正面，需行10分鐘，上落車站樓梯及橫過斑馬路。我一定不會再去這酒店！ The hotel services are totally bad, storage of luggage to be paid for each 1 euro. Front desk staff, who had a bad service attitude that is different before and after payment, do not accept any inquiries. Lift was extremely narrow, can only allow 2-3 people. Small room, especially the third floor rooms, which are in the hotel eaves, make me cannot sleep of a heavy pressure. Bathroom is narrow that cannot turn around when bathing, the toilet is also subject to oppression of the wash plate, it was failed to sit and the exhaust system is poor. The light is too dark, only 1 wall lamp and 3 bedside lamps. It only have 2 skylights, it will too hot to sleep when you do not open it, but once you open it, you may sleep with the mosquito and insects. There is also a shortage of daily necessities, only limited shower gel and shower cap. It only had a open wardrobe, mini-TV and one table and chair, you can imagine that was extremely lack of space and narrow. There is no supermarkets and restaurants nearby, extremely inconvenient. I must not go to this hotel again!

The area is quite ghetto walking from the train station. The lighting in the room is dark. Restaurant stuff were not friendly seems like we are not welcome there.

A comfortable stay
Very good stay in the hotel ! It is very near to the Venice mastre station about 5 minutes by walk. The room is very comfortable , but just a little pity that is no free Wi-Fi in the room. Breakfast is not so many kinds of food that you can choose but you can just full. It is a wonderful hotel that I will choose it again when I go to Venice .

服務良好的酒店
酒店跟火車站只有五分鐘內的徒步距離，酒店外就有巴士6號線往返羅馬廣場，可說是很方便，不過附近看似沒有便利店之類，歺庁，便利店最近應該就要去到火車站才有M字頭的快歺店。酒店設備較舊，不過尚算清潔，廁所及浴室很窄，身形健碩的人仕比較麻煩

good locaton
location is good, few mins walk to Mestre station, and bus stop in fornt of the hotel. staff is nice, you can get wifi connected in the lobby and level 1 rooms ,but for rooms upstairs, no wifi.the room is kind of small and light is dark, bathroom is smaller, facilities is just ok, if you don't expected too much other than find some place to sleep, this hotel is fine.

离Mestre火车站很近，房间内部一般，性价比总体可以
酒店的地理位置很好，就在Mestre火车站走路3分钟左右，门口还有一个公交车站。酒店的前台人员挺Nice的。酒店的1楼房间内可以收到wifi信号，但是高楼层的房间没有wifi，只能在大厅里上网。房间的不大，卫生间很小，有的房间卫生间有窗户，有的则是暗卫。房间内整体设施一般吧，如果要求不是太高，短期住住是可以的，关键是离火车站很近，交通很方便。整体价格也还算便宜，性价比可以的。

这个酒店房间虽小但功能俱全，离火车站很近，且门口就有公交车到主岛。早餐很丰盛。总之性价比高！

所谓的豪华间，除了面积大些，和一个阳台，其他的方面不比普通间强。重要的是因为是加盖的，房间里有一根承重柱，包裹了镜子。很不合中国人的习惯。太不舒服了。

This is the only hotel so far i met that charges on the bags we left in the hotel before the check-in time. So if you are in a tight budget and arriving earlier or leaving late and need to leave your baggage in the hotel outside the check-in/out time, you got to take this into your account.

The hotel was run down and dilapidated. Fixtures like light fittings and other electrics were not in good condition. Staff were really friendly but the condition of the hotel was so poor it should be rated as 1 star not three

I was accommodated in room for handicapped people. That by itself is not a problem if hotel is fully booked and at check in they kindly inform me about the fact. That would have been polite. The problem with the room is another: it is a corridor turned into room with emergency exit to the road, that was locked. So I slept in the corridor and in case of fire I could not go out. I hardly believe that room is legal at all. And I felt unsafe as anybody could break the glass door from the street and get into. I am in hotel business and able to accept value for money but this hotel claims 3 stars and charges money for a building, room and breakfast that are at the level of 1 maybe 2 stars. Not fair. Not fair at all. The entire building is neglected and breakfast is poor, poor, poor.

Being on a main road the noice from outside is very loud. The hotel should really invest in new windows since the ines the currently have are fairly old. Also the tv doesn't work properly as apparently being close to a train interferes with the ariel. I think the hotel failed to invest in new tvs giving the recent change in the arial system in italy. Also the volume of the tv is extremely low if you are lucky enough to be able to watch something for more than 2 minutes. Breakfast on the poor side too everything is sewwr and the parties are of bad quality. Shame because the hotel could actually have a lot of potential

smallest toilet I have ever been. The bowl is not just in front of me, it’s too near my knees are hitting the sink. shower is too narrow, my elbow is hitting the walls!

A great spot in Mestre station
The room was pleasant, clean and rather spacious, with everything working well. Location was very convenient just five minutes walk from Mestre train station, a rather convenient solution than the most expensive Venice options. Breakfast finishes at 09:30 which is too early for a holiday and check out at 10:00 which again I find too early. Internet was good except Saturday that they said it was fully booked so didn’t quite work . Overall a good option for its category.

Conveniently located and decently looking hotel
Considering the nice price I paid, I can live with the imperfections of my room like non-opening window (but that wasn't such a bad idea, because it was a ground floor room facing the parking, and it had air conditioning, which compensates enough) or the room "shape" (long and narrow) - and of course this was OK for a one night during a long layover, not for a longer stay. What I particularly didn't like, was the check-out time - while not everywhere the standard 12:00 is honored, still 10:30 is a bit too early. But that was something one can live with, especially when in Venice. Again for a first time I was asked to pay a small fee for storing my luggage for a few hours after check-out, but again, considering the room price this was hardly a problem. The best thing however is the location - 5 minutes walk from Mestre train station and 1 minute from a bus stop taking you to the bus station in Venice in less than 20 minutes, every 15 minutes. I really hope they also have more normal rooms, because the hotel actually looks nice, and I could say it even has some style.
