「The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.」

But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.」

「非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！」

「Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim.
