「This hotel has its own beach, making it great for people who want that. The room was small for two people, with only one chair and nowhere for us to share a meal (as we did one evening), but this probably would not be a problem for traditional vacationers. The grounds were very clean and well kept. I used the laundry room one evening and appreciated the convenience of having that onsite. 」

「這個住宅飯店 (Wailea Ekolu Village, A Destination Residence)很寬敞，客廳、廚房及居家設備都十分完整，有一種回到家的感覺，很適合家庭旅遊的朋友。飯店位於茂宜南邊，當地居民較多遊客較少，走路可到的餐廳較少，但多了一份寧靜。特別提醒第一次來的朋友，這間住宅飯店事實上是集中了很多出租民宅、別墅，所以直接依地址到現場會一頭霧水，我問當地居民飯店接待中心在那裏，沒人清楚，只回應這區都是住宿區。真正的接待中心在旁邊的MonkeyPod購物中心其中一間,招牌名稱是Destination Resorts Hawaii..」

It is in the best part of Hale Kamaole (closer to the beach and on the east side that does not have to deal with the bright and blinding sun (and accompanying heat) during the day. In addition, Hale Kamaole itself is adjacent to Wailea without those high prices (since it is technically in Kihei). That affords easy access to the Wailea beaches, as well as Kihei restaurants and shops. The unit has everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a well...
