「The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 large luggage. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Close to shopping malls and different restaurants, and subway/ JR stations as well.」

「The location is very good, just next to JR Wakayama Station and the bus station. A well known department store is next to it. The staff is very helpful and some of time are good in English. The breakfast is highly recommended. The only area need to be improved is the air condition, it’s better if the wind can be stronger.」
