We stayed in the Deluxe Spa room. The room is comfortably big We had a view to the ocean but the sounds of the Hot spring maintenance machines meant we could not hear the ocean. The Deep Blue Hotel and Springs staff were so friendly and it felt so comfortable to have conversations about where to eat, best time to book the springs and checking into the springs. For some reason we did not recieve the daily room clean during our stay but the staff were accommodating in making sure they made us feel comfortable.

The connection to the spa couldn’t be better! It’s a wonderful facility and worth the cost, especially the evening sessions when it goes from day to night….magical place. The hotel and our room were great. Nice to have a free laundry after being on the road for a while.

Disappointing. Place very tired. Room small, bathroom bifold door between bathroom and bedroom dreadful. Bed uncomfortable, cold showers due to hot water not working. Food in restaurant awful, couldn't eat the Caesar salad but they still charged us full amount. Luckily there were great eating places on beach. Location great for a break, just wouldn't recommend this hotel. We went on reviews and website pictures, very deceptive. price.

We loved the hotel and our room was terrific. We used the hot springs and were a tad disappointed to have to pay for use of robes and a locker fob. We think this should be free to hotel guests.

We only spent one night in this property but would have loved to spend more time. It was clean and had a wonderful kitchen, quiet comfy bedroom and laundry. The veiw off the front was ocean front and just amazing. Staff was so helpful, coming up to give me information to use the cooling system. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool heater has not been functioning since December, but you are not told this when booking. The bed matresses are lumpy and uncomfotable. Noise between walls and ceilings is way too much. Worlds most expensive cocktails !!!
