「This is the second time we stayed at The Retreat. LOTS of space inside and out for our family to gather. Kids age 3-10 could not get enough of the heated pool and the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub. 「Our Family (Grand Parents, Parents, and Adult Children, (82-26 years old) stayed here for a weekend to attend a Cousin's wedding at the nearby Hubbard Lodge. 「This is a great location, remote and quiet, just what we wanted. Our family reunion was a big success! No WiFi was an issue for people who needed to make contact with work issues, and of course kids were not happy about it, but sometimes it’s nice to disconnect. However cell phone reception was limited so getting directions was challenging at times. All said and done we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back and do it again.」

"We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much."
