不滿:整潔度和職員與服務
Checking in we felt customer service was poor was not shown where the unit was the key number and unit numbers were different. Same person who checked us in ran into the unit without knocking to tell us where the key should go to give us a electricity. Hand wash container is obviously just refilled top was very dirty so where the blinds. Leaving same person who checked us in came running in to check the unit I am assuming, we were still in the carport. Clock was noisy kept me awake more than the trains ear plugs they give you did not help which I thought was for the trains, not the clock. Did not smell very nice on entering. Need curtains in the bedroom instead of cheap blinds. Very disappointed. Herbert family
