we seem to have confusion here , i seem to remember you standing in the corridor outside guests doors at 10,30 plus at night while folk were in bed trying to sleep screaming about laundry , i realize that your English is very limited but due to the fact that the actual laundry machines are commercial ie'' noisy and are inside is why they can only be used up to 9 pm at night , i had 20 other guests in as well as you folk , glad you enjoyed the breakfast though , cheers''

Hi Chik you booked a room with a queen size bed which is what you got , it had its' own bathroom and cost you $92 bed and breakfast with free wifi now i an sorry that it wasn't up to your expectations but you will be hard pressed to find a better deal in Wellington at the moment , but i hope that you enjoyed our lovely city anyway

Hello Sai Shun I am very sorry if i hurt your feelings as far as the late night talking'' well i sleep upstairs and it woke me up which meant that the guests in rooms around yours would also be awake so all i wanted to to was bring the noise level down but with the language problem it did int' go as planned, trouble is when folk are on holiday the tend to forget that they are not the only people there and talk as they would at home on there own, im' sure that you had no idea that there were 20 plus guests in bed and i end up in the middle trying to make every one happy, but it was not my intention to upset you , and i apologize if i did '
