「This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing.」

「Donna was great to work with in renting her property for the week. House was perfect for our size family. Beautiful back yard with a huge pool was a perfect ending after being at the beach for the day. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This home is spectacular. It’s located right on the beach (private) and has a lovely pool. The home was very comfortable and provided a once in a lifetime experience for a special family. The owner went above and beyond to prepare the house and make it just lovely. She enabled everyone to have the best time ever. 「Juelz’s home was the perfect location for me and my friends to stay for a wedding in Asbury Park! Her home was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfy. The outdoor set up was perfect for our group to hangout with some free time we had. It was a short 8 minute Uber to downtown and the boardwalk. Juelz reached out before our stay and was quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I highly recommend her home!」

「We stayed in this West Long Branch home for our daughter's graduation from Monmouth University. The location was close to the university as well as to grocery stores, Total Wine, and the beach. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, parking, large TV screen, comfortable beds, couches, etc. We communicated with the owner once via text and he immediately responded and stayed in communication until we resolved the issue (we couldn't figure out how to work the TV....

「This home was perfect for my family. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. We spent time on the beautifully tiled back patio with additional family visitors and it was easy to host them. All Linens were clean and fresh and the home over all very clean. Location was great and we took multiple strolls to the beach which was nearby. 「We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.」

「Cozy 2nd floor apartment in great location. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. It is thoughtfully stocked for convenience with kitchen appliances, cutlery and utensils and some basics like sugar, dish detergent, serán wrap, shampoo, hand soap and such. Made for a relaxing, short stay. Only thing that could improve it would be to have access to BBQ on the deck instead of having to go downstairs and share with other tenants.」

「When i first booked i actually called to cancel my reservations because i was very skeptical about it. usually if its not a 5star hotel they tend to be trash however, i way very pleased with my overall stay and the price was VERY affordable.Every morning there was some form of breakfast for u which i though that was really nice. The staff was really polite and helpful and my kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.」

「The property from the outside and in the lobby were beautiful. I loved the cafe, bar, and pool. Our room however needed help. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so I was unable to get ready by the mirror which was frustrating since we were headed out to an event. The fridge door dragged on the floor and the room entering the room must have been recently painted. We had to throw our weight into opening it and paint chips flying off the frame. 」
