The first room we recieved didn't have new linens, there was red sauce in all of the sheets. The second room had dog hair in the sheets and and unwashed comforter. We made it work for one night but I don't recommend the hotel. If you do go bring your own sheets!!

The over all rental was really good. One bad thing was a odor in the elevator smelled alot like something electrical burnt smell. The shower pressure was low. But the cleanliness of everything else in the room, Fantastic!!!. Beds were comfy. Staff, fun, and attentive. Had TV remote problems, handled, then DTV connection, problems, I handled. All else, great. Minor portion. In comparison.

I can't believe that you check into a place that has a full suite and there's not one plate, one cup, one piece of silverware, one pot or one pan and certainly no ice at all in the building unless you want to wait a day and make some in your freezer with two ice trays. Not sure if we will ever stay at another Woodward Suites.... like seriously, who travels with pots and pans and silverware and cups?! And I have never ever been in a hotel that did not have an ice machine.

It looked great on Expedia so I booked it. When driving up there were people doing drugs in parking lot and homeless people hanging out on street. We thought if we just get in the room and go to sleep we would be ok as it just for the night. Nope the front desk not friendly. Got in our room ant 8:00pm by 9:00pm load fighting and partying in room next door and hallway. We thought just give until 10 maybe they have quite hours. Nope, got worse so I called front desk t see if we could move. They are sold out so that didn’t work. We decided to turn tv on to drown out noise and then around 12am to 3:00am someone above us started fighting and running around it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Sadly we waited and waited and then just decided to leave at 7am. I don’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons.

We arrived for 2 nights. We asked for a handicapped room. But when we arrived where told there was none available. Made the reservation 3 weeks before coming. The first night we arrived back from an evening out at 11pm. When we came into the room I found 2 bugs crawling on the headboard of our bed. It had rained all day and I thought maybe they were dampness bugs. We went to bed and the next day we went out to return again that evening close to midnight. Turned on the light and "many" of the bugs scattered on the kichen and stove top area. I looked it up and they were roaches! I wanted to go and have our room changed but we didn't want to change rooms as we were very tired. Needless to say neither of us got much sleep. Each time I went to check there were still a few more roaches to try to wash down the drain. Before we left i tried to contact the General Manager Tonia Bethel. In 2 days and several days she has not called me back. By the way we did not eat anything in that room except a snack pack of popcorn and Doritos. If there is no concern to call back an irate customer I would never recommend this or any of their locations. I used to travel for work but can say I never saw a rosch in a hotel. Guess I was just luck. .

It was a great price for just needing one night stay. Clean and comfortable of course it smelled like Fabolous which is a clean smell but can be over powering for some people. I would suggest bringing own soap and shampoo/conditioner. No frills hotel. they do have coffee for guests. My GPS. took me on a little seek and find doing some U-turns but once i did find the entrance it was very easy to find

the room wasnt cleaned properly, i can see hard all on the desk and the bathroom sink area. the room had a funky smell to it. that AC was super cold and freezing to try to get out the smell. i saw a lot of people just hanging out, listening to loud music by the rear entrance which made me uncomfortable. i saw a sherriff car sitting in the parking lot for hours, monitoring the area

This is a nice and clean location. If you stay a week or more housekeeping will come and clean. You have to stay on their azzes. I was there for 13days and I asked for cleaning waaaaay in advance two days straight and they STILL didn’t clean my room. Besides the housekeeping the room was “new” and nice. Just be careful the bed moves around it’s not like your typical hotel bed that’s grounded.

I have never seen a motel room so empty. No Plastic water cups. No Ice Bucket. One tiny container of shampoo for 2 adults. The rooms AC/Heat unit sounded like a Jet engine on takeoff. The wall aer so thin I could hear every person come into the building and as they were talking. The doors Slammed so loud. I had been woken up 10-12 times during the night. And there was no noise from any parties. These are all just regular families. I will not ever stay there again.

This is a basic, long-term-stay hotel. As such there are no frills. However, the room, cleanliness, helpful staff, safety measures and the ability to adjust the room temperature made my stay very comfortable. A box of facial tissues in the room would be helpful.

I only gave it two stars because the lady at the front desk was such a sweetheart, she was very kind and made us feel at home after a very long trip. The room was inmaculate super clean and what I loved the most is that it wooden floors and not carpet! We all know how dirty those can get... now to why we didn't give it anymore stars, as soon as we walked in we saw some suspicious activity (S_X)in broad daylight!! we managed to not pay much attention to it so the kids wouldn't notice. Then the hallway reeked of weed and it was so strong it was giving me a headache. Once I saw how nice the room was I brushed it off... Then come the night there was a lot of banging on the walls.... and bed movement if you know what I mean.... then lots of noise coming from the outside and kids or teenagers running down the hallway. It could be that because we went during spring break weekend things might have been a bit crazier than usual but we are not sure we want to give it another try especially traveling with small children :(

I had a confirmed reservation for 2 beds in one room. When I got there, they said they did not have any rooms with 2 beds so they put us in two separate rooms. We declined and stayed in the one bed. The desk person took my drivers license (I assume to make a copy). This was on a Tuesday I checked out the next day at 11. On that Friday, I went to airport, only to find I had no ID. Fortunately, they let me on the plane. After looking thoroughly for my license without success, I called the hotel to see if was there. "Oh yes, it's right here, come pick it up". By now I was in Massachusetts, and the license was in Florida. I asked if they could mail it to me. The staff person said yes, I'll put it in the mail tomorrow (Saturday). By the next Thursday, it had not arrived. I called the hotel again and was told, "oh, yes, it's right here, come get it". I explained I was 1500 miles away and they had said they would send it when I called 7 days ago. They said that desk clerks were not allowed to mail anything, it would have to be done by a manager who would not be in until the next day. I still do not have it. I do not understand why there was no attempt to return the license to me while I was at the hotel or any attempt to reach me by phone or email when they realized they had the license. Then, not to have the ability to put it in an envelope and mail it (they had asked me if the address on the license was the one they should mail it to - I had said "yes"). This is a nightmare!
