Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.」

「Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai.」

「The hotel is clean but the area outside is congested and dirty. The sound proofing is reasonably good but the proximity of the fly path for aircrafts and the air conditioning fan make some din at night.」
