環境舒適, 適合優閑渡假
環境優美, 娛樂設施略嫌不足, 早餐蠻不錯, 團體旅客多是晚到早離, 對渡假旅客影響不大, 因地理因素, 海灘大约9:00-14:00潮漲時才能游泳, 潮退時是泥灘一個, 酒門提供每天兩班免費車接送布吉鎮, 在車費高昂的布吉來説, 委實不錯, 酒店門前和旁邊都有泰式小店, 味道也算不錯, 晚上門前還有流動生果小販，小嚼一些榴槤，山竹也很寫意...

所有員工都很好，很有禮。因到步就腹瀉，整個旅程都差不多在這裡，完全感覺很受他們的尊重。食物中上。請不要到酒店對面的商店，價錢高過大形商場差不多4倍。

Nice hotel views
The beach is literally 2 minutes away from the swimming pool. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for rent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were looking for quiet and relaxing place to get proper rest and safe place for our 4 years old daughter to enjoy. This hotel fulfiled this. First impression with low tide isseu was not good but at the end didnt borthered us much.All the rest were perfect. Quiet, safe, suitable for smaller kids, nice rooms, and on the beach...

Nice hotel near the beach with great service
We were planning on leaving the resort for our activities after the breakfast every day. But then the weather was too hot and we decided to use the facilities which the resort has plenty of. We ended up using the facility until 2-3pm every day, until the sun died down a bit.

訂左泳池邊海景房，房超大，分兩層，下層大廳直出泳池，上層睡房，有按摩浴缸，大既落地玻璃令到上下兩層都望到海景，房間都非常整潔!! 唯一不足就係位置偏遠，附近冇水上活動冇夜市，但休閒渡假一流!!

Juz right at the beach.
No restaurant or convenience stores around hotel, must prepare food n water before checkin if u you plan to stay only at hotel. Extremely stunning view at resorts ! House keeping service a bit impolite though, you don't answer the door or answer late, they break in without asking.

Nice room, service needs to be strength up
I stayed for 2 nights in the Andaman Loft Pool Suite, the room is well equipped, you can access to the private pool directly, but I can't find any sunshine there, what's a pity! The buffet breakfast is good but we had a BBQ buffet on Tues night, the seafood was not fresh, we mainly ate the chicken and pork, we didn't take the salad bar and dessert cos there's many flies and mosquitoes. When checking out, staff said we ate a cup noodle but we didn't, she asked if we ate and bought another one to replace it, it's ridiculous! Cup noodle is cheap, if we ate it, we will pay of course! Besides, I asked for a spa menu to e-mail me before my arrival, but no e-mail was received until I found a copy on a desk at the lobby. That's part of my opinions only.

这个酒店总体都一般。虽然挂着五星级的牌子其实是三星级的服务水平。地区也很偏僻，不租车根本出不去。周围什么都没有就一片荒地。餐厅的海鲜自助也很坑爹。价格不便宜还上菜奇慢!满处都是中国旅行团，闹哄哄的。第一天到那电梯还坏了。挺囧的感觉~~~

位置差服务差总体不推荐
1,酒店位置较差，外出不方便。周边没有娱乐景点，也没有商场，入住后基本困在酒店。 2，酒店沙滩极其粗糙，仅每天上午涨潮时可以有海水。但无法游泳，因海水里都是淤泥。 3，每天下午退潮后海水落去，沙滩简直不堪入目。 4，酒店服务质素欠佳，本次入住圣诞节下午3:00 Check in后，竟被告知房屋还没有好，要等候四小时晚饭后才可提供房间，不便可想而知。 5，酒店房屋还算整洁，但总体服务质素差，如叫餐服务几乎等待1小时候后饭菜才送入房间。 总体评分差，不推荐这间酒店。另如来普吉岛游玩，这个区域不也不推荐考虑太不方便。

I spent 5 night here during my birthday, they sent me a small birthday cake as I came back from the beach, it's sweet and touch, the breakfast is nice, must try, especially the eggs benedick , the chef 's skill is awesome!

放松度假的好去处
酒店位置挺偏，但是很适合纯粹式度假，有自己的海滩，户外泳池大海连在一起，景色极美，不用出酒店，就可以完成你的愉快假期，酒店有健身中心，每天从早上8点起，就安排了各式运动课程，还有免费皮划艇划船出海，酒店的马路对面有家小餐馆，饭菜做的挺适合中国人口味，而且价格比酒店便宜很多，挺划算的，酒店每天有三班shuttlebus往返于普吉各主要景点和shoppingmall，每人收100thb，比较划算的，在泰国旅游业比较成熟，如果你想去pp岛之类的，都可以在当地报当地的旅游团，都会负责去酒店接送的。

安静但有些简陋
酒店的景观很不错，美丽的海湾。最让我们欣喜的是可以在涨潮的时候借到独木舟，可以在海上划船真是很独特的感觉。不好的地方是感觉酒店有些简陋，虽说设备也算是五星级标准，但总感觉缺少什么。旅行团比较多。

The first night we found no slippers and tooth brush packages in the room and we told the service and she said we would have it in minutes. 30 minutes later we called again, the answer was because there was only one housekeeping staff working then, we had to wait and she didn't know when we could get those things. 60 minutes later we called again, the answer was the same and she still didn't know when we could get those things!The second night they still didn't replenish the tooth brush package, we had to use the half tube of the tooth paste left from the last day...

It's a wonderful , elegant hotel for leisure. My family arrived in a hot afternoon. A young, nice and helpful Japanese staff entertained us. Other than the silent environment ( no shopping or eating place nearby), it is a godd place to spend the holiday for a family with young children. Since it is a grand new hotel, some room utensils are not ready (tooth brush , comb, slippers were not available ) in the room. Howerver, the seaview plus poolview made me forget everything. The t food of the Mosiac (resturant) was excellent. My liitle boy enjoyed kakaying on the shallow sea very much.

Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet.

The room had a funky smell when we arrived but the cleaner the next day left the air conditioner on all daywhile we were out, and the room smelled much better. The bathroom was dated, needed sink and shower upgrade. The shower stall was always flooded after a shower. Bed was kibg and very comfortable. The breakfast was Excellent! with many varieties of food, and cuppacinos! You had to taxi to town, to far to walk, which i think was only the downside for us. And the beach was muddy , you can't swim there
