「CP值高，酒店地點位置優越，可步行到武吉免登購買區及阿羅街夜市，床褥不舒服有點凹陷，房間整體清潔乾淨，算是不錯的選擇。」

「The unit i was in was clean and inngood repair. My favorite part was the shower, i absolutely loved the rain fall shower they had. 」

「订的是最便宜的无窗户的房间，才一百多一点，房间干净整洁，配了热水壶，袋装咖啡，前台接待很贴心，服务态度好，不过拖鞋牙膏牙刷电吹风需要自备。酒店位置很好，附近有几个中餐馆，还有一条酒吧街，离LOWYATPLAZA，双子塔KLCC等商场近，总体来说性价比高。」

「因為見網上多人評價酒店乾淨，我才選擇這間酒店，入住後這酒店房間不清潔，妝單有污漬，廁板有漬，浴室有甲甴，這樣很嚇人，我影相通知服務前台職員房間有曱甴。夜晚洒店附近有強勁表演音樂聲，比較嘈吵，我亦見其他人評論早餐美味，我覺得味道普通，只食過兩天早餐，之後三日再沒有再去。」

「The views are absolutely amazing! The pool and roof garden are the perfect area to relax in. Onsite shop well stocked. Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. 」

「櫃檯服務人員非常親切，因為我的班機關係到飯店已經是半夜將近1點，服務人員還是耐心服務及解說。房務人員也每天都清掃非常乾淨，讓我晚上回飯店又有全新的房間，很感動。」

「Both of our two rooms were arranged at 18/F, the floor right below the restaurant. Big and frequent noise of foot step and moving futniture from the restaurant occured every night, non-stop, until 2am which was extremely disturbing. Besides, no information during our booking that both rooms were "No window type", which also surprised us. The only merit about this hotel was its convenient location. 」

「屋主於我入住前一天已主動聯絡領房事宜，唯到了領房時刻卻要我呆等15～20分鐘才出現 設施不俗但毛巾不乾淨 等lift上住宅又焗又熱 大堂和走廊也沒冷氣」

「Well deco hotel with excellent customer services. Walking distance to Pavillion mall and TRX Exchange for shopping and dining. Only missing gym room.」

「Everything is good except the Wifi speed is unacceptable and only limit to 3 devices per room. We’re staying in a 2 bedrooms corner room and the wifi signal is so weak and can not connect to my laptop. 」

「Location is good, 5 mins walk away from TRX and relatively near to the bukit bintang area. Famed restoran and cafe such as Hai Ka Lang and Grumpy Bagels are also nearby. The bathroom drainage system appears choke as water does not seem to be drained quickly. As a result, one might step onto a wet and slippery floor when entering the bathroom. Walls of the room are also not very soundproof, as i could hear quite clearly, noises and voices if any along the corridor from my room.」
