A Fabulous Property
The location, amenities, property management, provisioning - all top notch! We have stayed in many high-end VRBO properties around the world and this one was in our top five for quality and comfort. Our favorite features were the location, the heated garage, the very well stocked kitchen and multiple hot tubs (easy to find a private space). A bit pricey, but we got what we paid for!

The best of the best.
Everything was perfect. Stayed here for a week during ski season with my family (kids aged 7 and 10). Location was excellent— we enjoyed the free shuttle, the 4 o’clock trail ride home and the access at OneSkiHill. The condo itself was perfectly appointed— even better than the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the evenings. We loved the amenities at Mountain Thunder and OneSki. The kids enjoyed bowling in the middle of the day to break up a long day on the slopes. Communication with Carmen was a 10 out of 10. Highly, highly recommend.

Perfect property!
The unit was beautiful and just as described. Great location, we shuttled to ski hill and ski’d home every day, and an easy walk to Main Street. The garage and lockers and room for boots and gear were a big plus as we had 4 people and lots of stuff. The rooms were large, kitchen fully stocked - we loved the keurig selections and would highly recommend this property and will be back!

3 Ski Girls
This property was very nice. We enjoyed everything on one level. The kitchen could have been better equipped. However, we made it work as we enjoy cooking our own meals. Our biggest disappointment was working with the management company. We requested late check-out when we arrived. Was told to ask again later. Two days prior to our departure we asked if we could leave our fully packed car there while we skied, explaining that we would be totally out of the house with no need to re-enter. We were denied this and not in a timely manner. In the past, with many different Breck condos, the management company worked with us to find somewhere to park our car for free. One company even sent us to their office and said we could park there. This company had no suggestions. I will thank Carmen, as she suggested the gondola lot. Of course, we that was not free but it worked for us. Perhaps the management company could be a little more helpful.

I am at a loss for what specifically did you mean a better equipped kitchen and would appreciate more specific feedback so I can address the problem. In 6 years of having guests the kitchen has always been considered to be the best equipped of all short-term rentals in their experience. Sorry you felt the management company was not responsive to your request for a full day of free parking on your check out day. During the high ski season, they have very tight schedules to fit the cleaning and maintenance, including the cleaning of the garage. We had a guest checking in the day of your departure. Our policy for late check out or early check in is always yes if allowed by the time constraints. The gondola lot has plenty of parking and is very convenient, as it is close to the house and the gondola. Sorry we could not provide a day of free parking for you. Hope you had a great time in Breckenridge and enjoyed the awesome snow we are getting this year..

Amazing in Every Way!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Mountain Thunder town home. It is incredibly comfortable, well-appointed, clean and lovely. The owner, Carmen, was very accommodating when we had to cancel our original stay in December 2022 due to the Southwest flight cancelations and the property management company provided clear and efficient communications. The town home is perfectly located - very close to town (we walked there for dinner most days) and the Mountain Thunder community has a private shuttle that will take you to the lifts. We will stay here again the next time we come to Breck!

Condo is in top condition and looks even better in person than the pictures. Very nicely decorated and with high quality furnishings. Wine fridge in kitchen a nice touch. Easy to operate, large BOSE Bluetooth speaker with great sound. Wonderful Weber grill that looks like it's never been used. Great and easy to operate fireplace on a convenient timer. Kitchen utensils, glass and dinnerware nice and plentiful. Super quiet dishwasher. Lots of pots and pans. Great coffee station. Comfortable beds. Bathroom large, clean, and well equipped. Heated garage that kept the car warm and comfy. Mountain Thunder condo area is beautiful and well kept. High quality. Short walk to Gondola. Also short walk to Main Street and wonderful restaurants like Giampietro's and Briar Rose. Didn't even try the tempting reciprocal membership amenities at Peak 8, didn't have time. Snuggled up in the leather sofas in front of the fireplace and watched the snow after long days of skiing instead. Great and extremely quick response text communication with the owner, always instant response for any questions. Everything was clean and polished. This condo is perfect, better than expected, and I expect a lot!

Every detail was considered for a comfy and cozy stay. The best kitchen amenities-including coffee and tea for cool days and nights. Very comfortable beds and quiet setting just blocks from Main Street. (It was off-season in mid-October so very quiet) Partial views from front and back of property. Heated garage too! Very good communication.

Property was great, within walking distance to town. Really needs to be rented for longer than the two nights we stayed there though as the cleaning fee was more than a night’s rent this time of year.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and had everything you could think of. It even had a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in. We loved every bit of our trip. You are a short walk from downtown and all it has to offer. Some of our favorites to eat were Erik's, The Canteen, and Legends Steakhouse.

Well maintained & comfortable in a great location.
Loved seeing the yellow aspen outside the high windows. I’ve never rented a place that was so fully equipped in the kitchen & bathrooms. The landscaping is lovely & appreciate the garbage & recycling is out of sight in separate small locked buildings. A tunnel under the busy street to the town is perfect. The only complaint was we tried to use the advertised free shuttle, but we couldn’t get it done. “Free shuttle anywhere anytime.” wasn’t our experience. Overall we were very pleased!!

We had a great time. The property is amazing and easy walk to town, grocery and gondola. We only drove a few times to meet others in Frisco or to hit a few trails. The condo was amazing. The entrance was under construction but traffic was directed to account for this. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

This is a beautiful second floor residence located 5 minutes from main street and the gondola in Breckinridge Colorado. Carmen, the host, has stocked this condo with plenty of amenities: comfortable beds, games, Roku TV, and bathroom necessities. Ski Family Week
We rented this condo for a 6-day ski trip to Breckenridge. For reference, we are a ski family from the East Coast, expert skiers, 2 parents, 3 teenagers. Here are my thoughts on the condo: -Property owner Carmen was excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive. -Heated garage for our Yukon XL was excellent. -Heated boot rack in the garage was great! -Plenty of storage for all our skis and poles in the a garage. -Entrance To condo has a seated area to take off ski boots/shoes and hooks to hang coats, helmets, gloves. -There is a big set of steps to get from front foyer up to main condo living area so if you have mobility issues please keep that in mind. -To get to the slopes, we would walk to the end of the street, click on our skis on 4 O’Clock Run and ski down to the gondola pedestrian passage. Took us about 10 mins. -Our last day we called the shuttle. Free ride and they arrived in 5 minutes -It’s very easy to ski back to the condo from 4 O’Clock run. Easy access to condo complex and short walk up road to condo once off the slope (FYI- slippery on the asphalt ) -We found the condo to be a little small for our family of 5. We had two boys in the second bedroom which is not huge and has a small bathroom. My husband and I stayed in the master which was big with a big bathroom and our daughter was on the pull out couch. Note: there is not a lot of room in the living room so when the couch is pulled out it takes up the space. There is also a very heavy coffee table in the living room. As a mom, I found it difficult to drag that out of the way every night to open the pullout sofa and heavy to move everything back in the morning. -Kitchen was fine and had everything you’d need. There was left over coffee and tea and cooking spray, etc. in cabinets. -We used At Your Breck and Call to buy and delivery groceries for us because we were checking in at 12am. We paid $100 in fees to have them shop, deliver and tip. -Condo is well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, razors. -We walked to town and then drove the other times because there was plenty of parking. -Eat at Michael’s for Italian!! -We used the hotubs outside and they were great. A very short walk from condo. Maybe 1 minute.

Wonderful condo!
This place is great! You can tell immediately that the owner takes pride in their condo and it is in great shape. Loved the warm feel of the home and the art all throughout. We had 3 adults and 2 teens and had plenty of room for all of us. The condo is well stocked with things you need (coffee makers, etc.) and plenty of space for watching TV and meals. The 2 king beds are big and comfy. It is a short walk down the hill to the gondola and to Main St. Makes it easy to get to skiing as well as town for meals and shopping. Check in was super easy and we had a garage door opener with space for our car and ski equipment in the garage. They even have a boot warmer.

Great Location and Beautiful Townhome
We were so impressed by this place the minute we walked in. It has a heated garage, which was super helpful, as it was well below freezing temps during our stay. The kitchen was so well appointed, and it had plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, condiments etc. Definitely check out the kitchen before you go grocery shopping, because it could have what you need already. The furnishings were lovely, the beds were comfy, and we loved using the fireplace. The location can’t be beat, as it was less than a 5 minute walk to the Gondola and about a 10 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants of Main St. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation, and I’m pretty picky.

Amazing Girls Trip!
Every year my girls and I take a weekend trip before Thanksgiving. This year we were at a beautiful townhome in Breckenridge. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace (which was easily turned on with a timer) & and just talking & laughing. The townhome was well stocked with essentials (tp, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, spices, coffee etc.). We also received a welcome gift from Carmen; it was very much appreciated! The place was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room & we loved the art work. The master suite has a huge bathroom! We also enjoyed the hot tub one night that wasn’t too far . Beautiful way to see the moon and stars and listen to Christmas music from our phone!! The townhome is conveniently located close to the gondola and Main Street. We were able to take an underground pass to reach them. Main street is wonderful with lots of shopping and restaurants. The gondola took us to the base of the ski mountain so we could enjoy seeing the skiers while sipping coffee. However, you could ski all the way down to this resort. Carmen the host seemed to be as excited for our trip as we were! She was very quick to respond when questions were sent to her. We truly loved it & wanted to return as soon as we left!! Thank you Carmen for sharing your home with us! Memories were made!!

Wonderful August stay!
Our family of three stayed at this property for 3 weeks in August and we were really happy with everything about it: communication with Carmen was great from the time we booked until the time we checked in (and we appreciated her recommendations), the location is hard to beat (walking distance to everything - groceries, shops, gondola, ski hill, hiking, etc.) but off the beaten path enough to be quiet, our kid loved swimming at the pool almost every day and we enjoyed the hot tubs (and we appreciated that quiet hours at the pool were enforced), we appreciated having laundry in the unit, grill on the deck was great, Netflix/Prime access was a nice touch, and the garage was spacious (easily fit our mid-size SUV and 3 bikes and misc. gear). The unit was also the most well-stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in - pretty much everything you'd need in a kitchen (including some spices and oil so you don't have to buy all brand new ones) and bathroom (no worries if you forget your toiletries, this place has you covered). We certainly hope to be back! Thank you Carmen!

Stay here!
What a great place. So close to downtown Breck yet still feels away from it all. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, wonderful master bath. Immaculate and has everything you need and then some. The owners and property management company have truly thought of everything. The no A/C made nights a little on the warm side but virtually no places (not even hotels) in Breck have A/C. Grounds are beautiful. Multiple hot tubs and a lovely pool. Thick Aspen groves and trees throughout the property. Cute little patio with a relaxing aspen view. A little noisy in the evenings with the windows open because of the pool nearby and everyone else’s patios, but you’re not out in the boonies and are close to town so it’s expected. Walked to town for the 4th of July parade. Stay here! You’ll be glad you did.

Two couple anniversary visit
The home was beautiful and soooo clean! Everything you could absolutely need was there. Kitchen was stocked with everything for making and eating meals at home if you choose. Beautifully decorated and accessible to downtown, food shopping and the gondola. Great location. We had a great time and would absolutely go there again.

Great and comfortable stay with convenient location!
We enjoyed our condo very much. Very comfortable, plenty of space and well equipped. Easy walk to town and all the conveniences. Pool a little small for bigger kids but plenty else to do. We did lock ourselves out once and the unit is not managed by the front desk so had to call the property manager. They were there within a few minutes so no big deal.

Amazing place
This place was perfect, just like we wanted and just as shown online. It was so close to the Gondola and everything in town. Clean, beautiful and felt like home would definitely stay again and again!
